Just subscribed Public Mobile with an eSim but have difficulty to port phone number from Freedom Mobile. Currently have a yearly plan with Freedom Mobile. Neither IMEI or account number will let me go to the next step during eSim activation. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks

I think I haven't reached to that step yet. I am in the step 5 of 6 Set up Number stage and trying to notify PM to port the number.

Alright. Did you get a text message from FM asking to port out? If so, did you say yes?
Also, have you gone in to your settings and chosen PM eSIM as your PRIMARY?

You have to leave your FM SIM card in the phone while porting. You need to say YES to the porting request. Did you do so?
