It’s been over a week my eSIM is not transferred. The QR code I received in the welcome email has expired.

It looks like you need a new eSIM. A QR-code eSIM is one-time use only.
To get a new one, open the Public Mobile app, go to Account, purchase new sim card then purchase a new eSIM. make sure to do this on the phone you would like to install the esim on
