I just activated a public mobile account, I haven’t received my eSIM email. What is the next steps. Activation process stuck.

On iPhone: check Settings > Celluar and see if the eSIM is there. If it is, make sure the PM eSIM is set as Primary on "Cellular Plan Label" and "Turn on This Line" is toggled on

How do I contact customer service in order for me to receive the activation email with the eSIM QRcode

I don’t see the option you stated. How would I go about downloading the eSIM in order for my service I just activated to work ?

did you use the Public Mobile app to activate and reach Step 6? If you did, you don't need the QR code, the app already installed the eSIM for you. Check the Sim Manager and you should see Public Mobile eSIM there. Just make sure it is enabled and set as Primary and Reset network settings once and it will work
