I just registered for $20 monthly plan and the money taken out of my account. But now I am told that eSIM is not compatible with my phone. What will happen now?

No, you can't use Koodo sim card on Public Mobile account. You need Public Mobile SIM card.

I have a sim cart from Koodoo that right now I am using. Can I use that sim cart? I will discontinue my service with Koodoo.

@Mina6443 Since eSIM is not compatible on your phone, you will need a physical SIM card. You can purchase on online (Aamazon) or local Telus store. Once you get the sim card, change the sim card number by logging into your account.
