I transferred my number from Fizz and got esim for public mobile. But when I scan the QR of esim, it showed the QR was expired.

hi @Jason08liu if you used the app to subsribed and go to Complete Subscription step, the esim was already installed and you don't need the QR code. Please check if you see PM esim in the Sim Manager or Settings -> Cellular screen
