HI @MikesInTrouble

that's why you need to download the PM app using Wifi , then login and buy the esim on your new phone

if you have trouble with 2FA when logging in the app, click Didn't receive code and choose Send email or send voice message to get the code via email or voicemail (you can call your number using another phone to get the voicemail message)

if you really cannot login, ask PM agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

@MikesInTrouble

On your new phone just download the PM app but you need access into your account to purchase a new eSIM. It should be free since your old phone was on eSIM.

Your email login is just your account ID but you can still login to your account as long as the password is correct. Just have the 2FA code sent by calling then access your voicemail from another phone for the code.
If you are still having issues login. You will need the assistance from a CS_Agent to help.
