eSIM new phone

Got a new phone.  I know what to do with physical sim, but i have eSIM.  how to transfer esim ?

thanks.  Look easy.  I downloaded the app and bought the eSIM in just 5 mins.  Thanks

but I think I still prefer physical sim

Get the esim on the new phone first.  Then open ticket with PM and ask them. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

You need to rebuy it 

Download PM app on new phone, login and go to Account page and buy and install esim there 

PM will reimburse you after
