If you've successfully installed an eSIM to fix connectivity issues and you see both the eSIM and physical SIM card listed in your phone's system settings, you can remove the physical SIM card if you prefer to use only the eSIM for your network connection.
Here's how you can remove the physical SIM card:
1. Power off your phone to avoid any potential damage.
2. Locate the SIM card tray, usually located on the side of your phone or sometimes on the top or bottom edge.
3. Use the SIM eject tool or a small paperclip to gently push into the small pinhole next to the SIM tray. This will release the tray.
4. Carefully remove the SIM tray from the phone.
5. Remove the physical SIM card from the tray.
6. Reinsert the SIM tray back into the phone.
7. Power on your phone.
Once you've completed these steps, your phone should only be using the eSIM for network connectivity. Make sure to keep your physical SIM card in a safe place in case you need it in the future.

@epries - Does the PM physical SIM still work when the eSIM also works? If just the eSIM works, take out the physical SIM card.
