Although I already had my eSIM before subscribing to the plan, I had to pay $5 for the eSIM fee. How can I get a $5 refund of eSIM?

@Duynt seems like you just joined yesterday. If you meant you have a eSIM from Bell, then it won't work with PM, so you need a new PM eSIM and it costs you $5
