My eSIM card did not work tried 3 times and still failed I new a new eSIM card

I just managed to submit a ticket, not for "Activation" but for 'eSIM'.  I think the "Activation" form might be broken.

I'm in the same boat.  Activation through the app failed 3 times.  I then tried the QR code, which also told me I'd tried too many times.

I wasn't able to submit a ticket, because even when I filled out all of the fields on the ticket form, the Submit button remained unclickable.

Lastly, I can't even log in to my account, because the MFA is attempting to send a code to the number that I don't yet have access to.

I messaged the forum support on Monday, but haven't heard from them yet.  Thankfully I am adding this as a second device and I don't need access, I pity the people who ported their number and have been unable to make calls/receive texts for days now.

I'm still hoping to hear back from support...

can you login to PM app still ? if you can, you can buy eSIM yourself there on Account page
