I got duplicate charges, same transaction dates on my credit card statement. How can I get the refund?

Is one Pending charge and the other Posted charge? Pending charge will disappear.
If both are posted, the extra charge will remain in your account as credit for your next bill.
You can ask for a refund but may take up to 30 days to process…same time as your next bill payment.
Contract a CS_Agent for a refund by clicking on the the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.

You just have to log in to the app.
Support> chat with an agent.
they will refund it if it was duplicated.
