first make sure if one of the double charges is just a pending one. Check if credit card
if both are posted charges, then you need to ask PM to help to reverse it. You can open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Double check that there aren't two entries in your online card statement. Sometimes, credit card companies will show two entries for the same amount both as pending and posted at the same time but that refer to the same transaction.
