I was charged a certain amount on Jan 8, 2024, then on Jan 17, 2024 i was charged again for the same amount. Now on Feb 8, 2024 another amount was charged for the new cycle. Kindly double check and let me know how can i can a refund on duplicate charging.

If you're 100% certain you ONLY have one account, and no one else is using your credit card for PM service, then reach out to the customer support agents for refund. It's also possible the 'extra' charge is resting in your available funds - either way, they should refund if it was an extra payment you want returned.
