I will be traveling from Vancouver to Montreal and Toronto next month. I am wondering if I can use my data over on the east coast?
My current plan is for 90 days and includes:
I assume I still have data access on the east coast? As well, I will still be able to text there, but have no talk time because my plan only includes province wide talk?
I appreciate any help. Thank you!

Your data and text work Canada-wide. When in another province, you can make calls to any destination within that province you are in, but you won't be able to receive calls.
Here's a chart showing what calling you can do with the various plans:

For receiving calls when outside your home province, you can buy PM's 400 mins long distance add-on for $15, or you can use a free data/wifi based app such as fongo.
