No, I don't have service, as they cut it off in error, yes, most likely due to the 911 fee, which they had to fix last month, but is clearly not fixed yet!!

Do you have service? If yes then the text was sent in error.
Do you have an Alberta phone # or one from a province that Public Mobile has introduced an additional 911 fee? If so then that is causing issues with service on 90 day plans. Contact customer support.
611 is suggested as payment can be made via voucher or with your account PIN # the credit card on file as well as accessing basic account info.
