I have data but cannot get it to work attachments can not be sent I have excellent wifi in my home and data plan on phone except phone doesnt work

Usually when you are on the mobile network , and not your wifi network, and don't have data access means incorrect APN settings. Follow this link:

If your phone is not working on your wifi as well, then maybe a phone issue .I would try my SIM in another unlocked phone or a Telus phone to see if data works in the one. If so then most likely the APN settings are wrong in your own phone.

@Gloriawonderful you're saying you can't get data to work at all? As in, not over Wi-Fi and not over mobile data?
FYI please you've got to give us more info. For starters, what brand and model of phone? Have you had data working on it before? What plan are you on? Are you a brand new customer or been with PM a while?

@Gloriawonderful Click on the Usage and see how much data you have remaining. If you don't see anything and have not used any data yet, contact the mod team ,If yes, go back to APN settings and match it with the one found here: https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en

Which phone are your using?
Mobile data does not work may be due to APN setting is not correct.
Check the APN setting for your phone for details.
