(Just want to clarify, you  won't get any issue for tagging CS_agent, they just won't reply post here even you tagged them)

you need to message them and open a ticket.

No it is not as it is showing my account still active @CS_Agent

then issue is resolved?

if account is closed, it is normal that you won't be able to login again.  So, for now, just wait for the refund, which could take 2 to 3 weeks

if you need CS agent still, just message them

I chated with Cs_agent and he assured me that my account is closed and refund on its way. I don't have access to the phone never did as I can't download load the app on my phone due to different country settings in play store

did you cancel it properly? you can either port out the number or you login My Account -> Profile-> Manage EverSafe ID and turn off Subscribed

if you need PM to check, you need to open ticket.  

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
