Pretty simple when you get any calls you don't want it save that number to your contact then scroll down and click block that's it done

As shazia mentioned the number and that's why you been getting lots of voice mail I would suggest check your block list maybe you blocked that number that's why you are getting call when that number tried calling you maybe cuz it's blocked but when that number leave a msg then you receive voice mails have a look at block list maybe that's hat causing of getting tons of voice mails

Hey @michaelzheng,
Sorry to hear about these unwanted blocked calls.
As per the screenshots you posted, I see that phone number 438-989-3842 is trying to call you and because you are not answering they fall on your voicemail server (438-580-4001)
Whenever someone tries to call you and you don't answer, they will always fall on your voicemail and in your usage, you will see destination # 438-580-4001.
I hope this clears any confusion.

I believe Telus and public have a same voice mail number it's better to contact mod dept to see why you been getting so many calls from voice mail number

you can do send a msg to mod dept and explain the situation let's see what they have to say about it
In your private message to any moderator include whatever bits of the following info you have:
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* PM SIM card number
* Detailed explanation
* Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)

Login to your self serve and change your number to a new one
