Hi there,

 

I was charged twice on my credit card and I am asking for a moderator to look into my account and explain to me what had happened to the overpaid amount.

@zel, sorry to hear that you were charged twice.  You will need to contact a Moderator for assistance.

  • PM Phone Number

    • date of birth
    • complete address listed on account with postal code
    • email address on account
