i chose the 15$ plan and paid for it the first month but this month i checked my credit card ive been charge twice this month how do i solve this as get my money back

July has 31 days. If you activated on July 1, your next 30-day payment would be July 31.

@CaptainHackman , go into your self serve account and check the entries in the payment history to trace where the double payment has gone to. If it is sitting as account funds, just let it stay there for the next payment. If there was indeed a double renewal, then work with the moderator team to clean things up.

What are the dates of the charges?
Is it possible you purchased an Add-on or made a manual top-up to your account?
Or you have another Public Mobile account using the same credit card?
Can you show us your payment history (without personal account details)?
