Hi
We used a credit card to start a new prepaid account. The system said the credit card didn't not work. So we had to start all over again with a new telephone number and used a different credit card and it worked. However, the first credit card was charged by Koodo Top Up Reapprove. I don't know the telephone number for the first one, however, it was in my name and all the information either than the credit card is the same. Please reverse the charges and cancel the service on the on the first card. We need a moderator to do this please
