I already have an Public account at 647-563-2664 and want to change my subscription but it is asking me to start from fresh with a SIM card activation.
Please help

You've already gotten some good detail on how to change your plan, but I wanted to add that if it's asking you to start fresh, that probably means you are not logged into your account. Start with myaccount.publicmobile.ca and log in from there and you should be good to go.

@Jackrobert Please remove your number from post this is an open forum . But to change plans you need to log into your account on web or app and do like this
Change plan in 3 easy clicks
Once you find plan you want be sure to (change on renewal )So you don’t lose money on current cycle
worst case you can ask support to change for you also
