Hello,
I want to change my legacy plan to another plan. I was not able to do it online. I tried to call but could speak to anyone after waiting for 1 hour.

other than customer service, what are the pros of the legacy plans?

Which legacy plan do you have? Think carefully before switching, since you won't be able to get that plan back.

I think mods can switch it too. I could be wrong though. I am not sure if that was even the policy. If mods have capability to switch, they can also alert about the support before switching.

@mseebun, before pulling the trigger, be mindful that the new plans don't include the support that is available to legacy plans. Everything is online, moderator team can only be accessed via private message. To some this is a deal breaker. To many, this is a good thing. No one size fits all.
