The user of the device received a text message from Public Mobile with the messaging on or around September 25.
Check back for messages on the device from phone number 4011 and you should see it.
Agree, it really sucks.
You might be able to change your plan to an $18 plan (check your online account) which is the same cost, and includes 1GB of data.
If you do switch to this plan, be sure to do so on your NEXT renewal date vs an immediate plan change.

There are no $15 plans. Anyone remaining on a $15 plan had the price increased to $18.

@SamPoon9033 there is a price hike of $3 for all $15 plan. so, $18 is the correct price
Check My Account 's Payment history page, check using browser with incognito mode and see how much they really charged you. Maybe you had a $3 credit from before and so they only charged you $15

Because you were supposed to change it yourself before the due date to get 1GB. Since you didn't, they charged you the increase without the additional gb.
Did you check in your account? You should have some offers like $19/1 or $20/1.

Regrettably, the $15 /250 or 500 MB plans are gone.
They never had $15 /1GB. And if they did, once you switch away from it; you’ll never get it back.
