@linping @wetcoaster @Anonymous FYI the moderator team can also perform plan changes for legacy customers. Calling 611 to have them change the plan will likely be quicker, but the moderators can help as well. If you'd like to reach out to them, you can do so via private message, and you can find instructions in this knowlege base article: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/How-to-Get-Help/ta-p/251745. Even if you do the plan change by calling 611, you may want to make note of this article for future reference, as it will be the only way to get account assistance after changing to one of the in-market plans.
I am not a Public Mobile employee, just a customer and community member like yourself; I have no access to PM systems or your account. Please private message the Community Moderator Team for help with your account.

If you still want to change to one of our new plans, please call *611. Sorry, rate plan changes are currently not available on-line.
This looks like a legacy plan (originally $19 from before January 2015?)
As indicated you need to call *611 to change to an in-market plan. Main reason is that they want to make sure that you understand that you will loose over-the-phone customer service once you switch. For all plans, other than legacy plans, customer service is happening here in the community.
OK。tks .

I'm wondering that you might be a legacy customer but I'm not sure. I'll leave that to more experienced folks around here.

@linping wrote:how to change plan? now I plan:Province-wide Talk $25 per 30 days
This includes:
- Unlimited Province-wide Talk
- Call Display
I WANT TO CHANGE $ 25/30DAY
- UNLIMITED Talk Province-wide²
- UNLIMITED International Textand Picture Messaging
- VOICEMAIL & Call Display
Is this an old legacy plan or have you just arrived as a customer?
If recent then it would be more economical to click on Change plan in the self-serve and choose a different plan and choose future at renewal. To change it now would cost you what you've already paid for the month.
If you somehow mistakenly chose that plan and you've just joined then maybe the mods can change it for you. You'll need to put the cost difference into your account and then ask the mods.
I don't see where you got this plan for $25 that does not have texting. I can see $20.
ITS OLD PLAN

Login to your self-serve account.
Select [Plan and Add-Ons] --> [Change Plan]
Select the plan you like. You can change it now or select to change plan on your next renewal date.
