I have a phone plan for $20 which gives me unlimited calls within British Columbia I wish to change to the $25 plan which gives me unlimited talk Canada wide and 500mb data and a bonus 500mb with autoPay

After logging in to self serve, select 25 plan and then click change plan on next renewal. If you change plan now, you will lose funds paid for your current month.

Since it's an old plan, is that it? No texting, no data? An option depending on your current plan is to get the $5 add-on. Buy it once and then consume over time for those odd times you need to call somewhere else in Canada.

Or even just use the 400 gift which includes Canada.

The catch is that you can't go back.

Schedule a plan change to the $25 plan at your next renewal date.  

Recently, there were a few change plan renewal issues.  Please add $25 to your account before your next renewal date so that you have enoung fund to pay for your renewal just in case PM does not take enough fund from your cc.

Pro Tip:

There is no refund of unused days of your current cycle if you change plan immediately.  Therefore, always schedule plan change on your next renewal date.
