change plan to cheaper one

hi I bought expensive plan for travel only. now I want to go back to cheaper one but it keep showing the expensive one only to choose from. I want to change to $27 0r $30 one

sorry, you can only change plans to what available for you.  You cannot change back to old plan you had before even you only gave up for a month 

Get the cheapest plan they offer you for now, hope they will offer you an even cheaper plan later
