change Email account

Hi,

I want to change my Email account , when the first i set my number in puplic mobile in walmart

the guy enterd my email in correct missing 1 letter, now i forget the password,and i can't change it because the email is not exist.

please help me.

Ensure that  you include your account details like your phone number and name when contacting Public Mobile via Private Message to the Moderators

You won;t be able to do it via self-service...need to get the MOD involved.

Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.  Therefore, don't wait for the last minute before get thing fixed at PM.  Do it early while you have time to wait.

@hussein1alagele  Only the moderator can make the change so you need to submit a ticket. 

To submit a ticket to the Public Moderator Team click here . Enter Submit Ticket and then click on the Contact Us link. To access the Public Moderator Team Assistance form then select the Click me! link.
