so waited forever for the the sim card to get here and now i cant sign into the app and finish setting up my account?
i checked every post and tried those links and nothing is working! this is not a great start!

Hmm, bot is not working so well. Send a message to cs at the link below. They are probably busy so might take a few hours to hear back from them. If already sent message just have to wait a bit longer.

tried this for the past 2+ hours!
still no reply or chat agents available!

Uninstall the app and install it again. Wait 5 minutes and try again. Seenif that might help. Then reboot your phone.
