Please do not post your phone number here. Anyone can see it, and there isn't anything helpful that people here can do with it.
I would say that it's probably more important to get your service up and runnning, so if you can, I would go to a store that sells Public Mobile top up vouchers and get your service working again. Then, worry about why your credit card/visa debit card isn't working on the self-serve website.

If the regular payment method isn't working, maybe try signing up for autopay? It would even save you $2/month.

Try calling 611 to pay with the credit card that you have on your account.
Alternatively, you can get a payment voucher from 7-11 type store, then call 611 to pay your account.
