I've already transferred my phone number to another company, and I'd like to confirm whether the automatic payment for my account with Public Mobile has been cancelled?

Two ways to check if your account is closed.
- You won’t able to login to your PM account.
- Call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your number. If it closed, the system can’t find your number.
You might want to contact a CS_Agent to confirm your CC has been removed from AutoPay.

Once you port your number out, your Public Mobile account is automatically closed. The cancellation happens as part of the porting process, so you shouldn’t be charged anymore.
Your account is likely already cancelled since the number has been successfully transferred. And you replied yes to the porting text you get
