 I’d like to cancel my mobile phone service.

I paid my last bill on October 16, but the service has not been functioning properly since then. The first issue occurred from October 17 to October 19, during which my phone showed “No Service.” After contacting customer support, the service was restored. However, starting about 24 hours ago, the phone has again been showing “No Service” continuously.

I even contacted the CS team to file a complaint, and although I received one reply, the service is still not working properly. At this point, I no longer have confidence in Public Mobile’s service. Therefore, I kindly request a prompt refund.

Did you try resetting the Network setting and reboot your phone settings?

Also dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC on the status of your account. If it is Suspended then you need to make a manual payment.

To close your account, you need to login to your account and disable Subscribe (AutoPay) and it will close after 90 days of nonpayment.

You will need to contact a CS_Agent for a refund.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. 

You can cancel the service yourself by removing autopay,  which is the Manage Subscription tab. Turn it off. 

Or if you want your phone number, find a new provider and port out to them. Don't cancel the service first, that will be done upon successful port out.

Or since you have already in contact with agents, go back to your sent items and tell them to cancel the account due to the reasons you stated. They will advise and let you know about any potential credit.
