if you can login My Account, turn off Autopay. go to My Account -> Payment -> Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed
But if login is an issue, then ask PM to help to cancel and remove credit card. Since login is an issue, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
