can't send private message

trying to setup a new line, but couldn't login to account...try to reset password, but got the following error: ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled

then try to send private message to admin, but apparently i reached the private message limit without sending a single private message...

Oh no ! I'm really sorry to hear that you haven't been able to log onto your self-serve or seek help. As other users mentioned, the bug should disappear on it's own - can you please try sending us a private message now ?

The limit on private message bug goes away on its own sometimes.  I have found that messages with attachments can easily bring up this problem.  Logout and login cycle sometimes clears it.  Try using a different browser.

a) Look in your sent message folder; sometimes mine have gone through in spite of the message.

b) Logout of Community, then log back. Usually works for me.
