I have had no issues with my phone for about 3 years now.
today it comes up with a message the sim number is changed yet when I contact public mobile for a help request and password reset it sends the info to my phone...hacked?

@stickland - you have a message that your SIM card has changed? Where are you seeing this message?
edit, log into My Account and go to your Profile to confirm the SIM number listed there matches the SIM number inside your phone.
Are all services working okay?
