Hi,

Received your sim card, choose a number, cant get the code to start the phone!!!

Hello @Bella20 

There should be an option there that says "Didn't Get Code". Click on it. If there is an option that says "Send To Email"... choose that option. If it's not there, please reach out to a CSA to resolve it.
