call is not going through

Hi, 

I'm from Canada and I bought a new SIM Card today and now I tried to do a call into the usa, but then it says "8uv2 your call cannot be completed as dialed". I booked the add for long distance and international calls but it wouldnt work... has anyone got an idea what to do?

Can you make local calls?

Perhaps a phone reboot?

I bought the Add-on "200 min US and Canada Long Distance"  and yes it is listed in my account under "My Add-ons".

@Oettam  Do you have US talk included in your plan? Which add-on did you buy? Does the add-on you bought show up in your self-serve account under Plans Details.
