I had a message that switching to koodo offer has extended till April end .so we can keep the same plan. i switched my one account to koodo now and they honour me to keep the same plan but PM has charged me with increased bill for April.

If you've moved your account to Koodo and PM has still charged you, then you need to contact the PM moderators to get that fixed. You should send one of them a private message with your phone number or account number. How to contact moderators:
