So my plan renewed over night and I login in just to make sure all is well and it shows that I have used 5.696 mb of Data. Just wondering how this can be when I am at home on Wifi. I go through my data usage and there is no data usage shown? I know it isn't much but if something like this is to happen every couple of days that could be a lot of data over 90 days. Anyone else experience this or have an explanation?
ETA: It was another successful autopay renewal that is 2 for me without any service interruptions!!

@will13am I will one up you on weirdness
I got a txt indicating a payment was due soon, then a second txt saying payment was made (without any payments ever being made lol)
@will13am wrote:Back on topic a bit. I peeked into my account this evening. I notice that it mentions a payment coming on May 2. The SMS I received said payment on May 3. There is some inconsistency here.

@will13am, thats the same mismatch that falsely shows suspended accounts on renewal date in selfserve.
The SMS coming from the backend system... the correct due date is listed. Selfserve shows due date one day earlier, yet no payment comes through... and the selfserve shows suspended notice. which is merely a cosmetic error. However, the backend system is working as it should.. so there is no interruption in service.

From almost any topic I have seen in the forum, that's not something new 😛
Hopefully it gets fixed one day 🙂

One thing I CAN speak to is the 3T. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone that is fine with the size. It's quite thn but fairly large with it's 5.5" screen. I have the non-T 3 and have since it first came out, and I adore it each and every day. The 3T is basically the same but slightly faster and with longer battery life (and better front camera but meh). The 3 was great at first but even better with Nougat. If you're thinking about it, just do it.
OR, wait a little if you're not in a rush. The 3 was announced on June 14th (yes I remember, I ordered that day!) and the OnePlus 5 is expected to be announced next month or so as well. Might be worth the wait? Or maybe the 3T will come down a little in price at that time?
I was a one plus fan back in the day. Their pricing was super competitive on the one plus one. I picked one up at the first available opportunity. It was a great buy, no regreats. The two was a bit of a disaster. On the 3, I find that they priced themselves into near stratosphere now that they have a bit of a following.
After my wife's zenfone 2 received marshmallow OTA, the battery life went completely down the toilet. I searched around for a value dual SIM replacement and I ended up with a LeEco max 2. Never heard of the brand before. It amazing value, even more so than one plus back in their humble beginnings. The max 2 is pretty close to a one plus 3 but at half the price. The phone has a pretty descent stock rom (can't believe I said that) and plenty of xda support.

@ShawnC13 wrote:@srlawren, great info thank you. Right now I have a Microsoft Lumia 950XL with a 5.7" screen and love it. Snapdragon 810 processor 20mp camera with Zeiss optics that I am very happy with. But that could all change depending on the future Windows goes with its mobile strategy. But the OnePlus is a great line I am looking at for sure and IF the time comes I will be sending some questions your way.
I once want to purchase the Lumia 950. It is a good phone.
I just can't imagine Microsoft just "abandoned" Windows Phone/Mobile.
Windows Phone used to have potential, sadly Microsoft wasted it.

@srlawren, I once was an iSheep now I am a lonely Windows OS user not many of us out there but it actually surprised me how many on here have a Windows phone. If I had to switch I think I would jump into a OnePlus 3T as it really has peaked my interest

@ShawnC13 sorry for not remembering--do you use an iPhone? If so, can you verify that the WiFi Assist feature is disabled?

@ShawnC13 this seems to be a common bug (at least 5 reports now not showing data)
When was your last use according to system?

The payment date is the last day of the current cycle. Took me a couple cycles to wrap my head around that.
As for the 5mb.......I saw similar when I checked first thing in the morning (at renewal) a few days ago.

I am a little thick here, let me make sure I got it right. My payment date is supposed to be May 3. So, my new cycle start date is May 4?
Right. To be clear, I'm referring to the payment due date listed on the "Overview" page.

You will have noticed that the payment is going through for most people during the first few hours of their day 1 of the new cycle. This mismatch is the source of the account suspended bug.
@imm1304, now that you mention it, I do recall that. On the following morning, the system seems to be still working through the payment. So, I suppose the actual completion of the torturous payment process is day 1 of the new cycle.

@will13am, tht is correct. Your new plan starts from the 4th of May. If on autopay, your card will be charged at some point between 12am and 6am on the 4th. My card is typically charged at 4am.

I was thinking the same thing. Wifi settings allow wifi to be disabled when the phone is asleep. I have wifi set to always on at home. I have wifi turn off automatically when I am disconnected from the router at home. I do notice that if I go home with the phone in deep sleep, it will not turn on wifi until it wakes up on some sort of activity. BTW, what is the official start date of a 90 day cycle? Is it the payment day or the following day?

I think my account showed a small amount like that too just after renewal. Not sure if it's just a glitch, but it doesn't seem to be constantly leaking data usage, or else it's so small as be unnoticeable over a month. I still have nearly 9 GB unused and my renewal is coming in 10 days.

Hi @ShawnC13!
I have never really paid attention right at the start of the cycle to be able to comment. However, I do keep an eye on the built-in data counter in my phone and cross-check it with selfserve randomly. So far, its has never varied more than 2MB.
Check today if the detailed usage history shows anything to account for the 5MB. Rare, but not impossible, scenario would be that there was a transient loss of wifi signal. Or there could simply have been a counting error.
