Hi..my auto pay is due today and just realized I need to replace my old credit card with new credit card..that is done now. Will the system recognize that and take my payment or do I need to reactivate my plan again in order for the payment to be taken?

Whether manual payment depends on if Public Mobile already tried to charge. By "due today", are you saying that your service is still working, or are you saying that payment was cut off because Public Mobile already tried to charge your card this morning?

Thank you for your help! 🙂

@DEB62 If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.

@DEB62 All should be good. However, just in case I would recommend to do a manual payment using this new card. Just to be safe.

It was due at midnight last night it will not try to execute again.
You will have to press reactivate button @DEB62

@DEB62 do as @dabr suggests and do a manual one time payment. FYI The normal PM renewal process is expired, then suspended, payment comes out at 2am est (on the self service account date) then the plan resets for the next 30 day cycle at 6am est. Once your phone is working properly ignore the mesage, leave your account alone. Just check for you 611 payment thankyou text message around 12.03pm est. tomorrow.

Now, if you wake up tomorrow, and it failed. You may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.
Via your account online
1. If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.
2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.
4. Restart your phone.
or Using 611 to make your payment: ( you need your 4 digit pin to buy an add on)
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone.
Welcome to the community. Stay safe.

It should be automatic and there's no need for you to reactivate your plan, but to be on the safe side since you just updated you CC recently, go into your account and make a one time manual payment with your CC so that there are funds available for the renewal. Just as insurance.
