amber alert

samething. android 10 everytime i restart my phone, i get the amber alert.

• i took out sim, didnt work
• changed amber alert setting off/on didnt work
• acknowledged alert didnt work
• switched to 3g from lte. worked but i shouldnt have to change networks
• switched from 3g back to lte didnt work
