I am a PM subscriber and want to change my wife's phone from Rogers to PM. Do I need to set up a unique account for her or can I add a second phone and subscription to my account?

yes, it is a unique account for her, there is no family or combined account with Public Mobile
Download PM app on your wife's phone, and use her email address to create a new account and start the activation. Remember to use your friend code for the new account to get extra savings ($10 one time on the new account and 1 Public point each month on your own account)

Hi, no you cannot add another line to yours. Each accounts are separate. But you can use your referral code on that to earn her the onr time $10 credit and you get one point each month.

You have to set up a different account for her and don't forget to use your code for a discount

no adding your new account to your old one as each account is by itself
use another email address to create a new account for the 2nd line. And make sure you start the subscription using PM app
