Hi I am needing help with porting my old number to Public Mobile from Indigitel or Tiny Mobile Can you someone help with this?

What step are you at?

Through the Public Mobile app which you have to download to your phone, you create an account, choose a plan and pay for it.

You can choose to transfer your phone number now or later.  You need your Tiny Mobile account number.  Request port and reply to the SMS confirmation within 90 minutes. 

Your account must be active and up to date to port.

here's a short vid with some info to help you. Foremost; you old network account must be active and in good standing...so don't cancel it until after you successfully transfer to your new Public Mobile account.
