activation failed

hello i tired to activate my new phone online with my new SIM when i click on activate phone it load load and load and after oops we have a problem.

 

my user id is :

 

my sim card

 

please help me because when i try to login it say desactived and if i try to start the activation again it say invalid sim card

 

and i put my 48$ dollar payment from the bon de paiement

As for your questions about posting your account information, no one who has replied to you so far works for Public Mobile nor is authorized to act on the company's behalf.  But you posting information about yourself and account, that's a privacy issue as literally anyone with an internet connection could see that information, and that is why I deleted it.

 

One of the first things that you're going to want to do is go into your online banking if you used a credit card or Visa Debit card to pay to check if Public Mobile has charged you for the service.

 

If Public Mobile has charged you for the service, I would then take your Public Mobile sim card and insert it into your phone to see if it works.

 

Also check to see if Public Mobile has sent you an e-mail message about your activation.

 

Does your self-serve account work with the e-mail address and password that you used for Public Mobile?

 

If you were in fact charged for the service and your service isn't working or your Public Mobile self-serve account isn't working, I would send a message to the Public Mobile moderators using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

 

 

If you have not been charged by Public Mobile, I would wait about an hour and the sim card should no longer being saying invalid when you try to activate.
