I am stuck on step 6. activating sim.  I subscribed and chose an e sim but didn't work.  I got a new physical sim and still just go to customer service chat.  Help please.  I was billed...

if you already got the physical sim, you need to ask support to update the sim card number on your account.  Please message them here
