activate cellular network for voice calls

Hi,

I am new, to this community, I have activated, the phone, with new number.

BUT, a get this message:  "cellular network not available for voice calls"

I need to fix this.

How to activate cellular network for voice calls?

Thanks, alot,

all - I did was to restart, the phone.

And it started to ring, - old calls,

And I am able to call out.

Your phone should be compatible with Public mobile.

Can  you try your Sim card in another phone to determine whether hardware issue versus PM service issue?  

Have you rebooted the phone?  You could try a network reset.

Should be fine. Try restart.

Try the SIM in another unlocked phone. Try a known working SIM in this phone.

Did you check your phones compatibility on your way in? What exact make/model phone is it? Where is it from?
