It means that the payment didn’t go through on the renewal date.

You will need to make a manual payment. Either login to your account and make the payment or dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to make your payment with the CC on file or with vouchers.

Voucher can be purchased from:

did recent plan renewal fail due to non-pay ? If so, log in to your account to make sure payment card is still valid and you can manually pay to Resume service.

could be problem with Autopay.  Login My Account using browser with Incognito mode.  You should see a button Pay and Resume services now, click and make payment

if you don't see the button, check to see if your account is active.  If it shows on hold, you can also use this link to make payment:
