account payment problem

My usage renewed yesterday Jan 7 and immediately showed that all data had been used. I did not use the data-this is an error.

Also today I was charged $30 for 3 GB add-on that I did not request.

Please advise.

@woofer this is weird.  Is this a phone you are using yourself or someone in your family?

 and If you are using an Android phone, you can check and confirm the data usage by going to the mobile data screen, change the cycle start date back to the 7th and it will confirm your usage recoded by the phone

Also, login My Account using Incognito mode and check the usage

For the extra 3GB add-on, check the Transaction history page, is there such transaction showing?
