accidently erased esim

help i accidently erased my e sim from  my phone settings and when i tried to scan the qr code to put it back on my phone it didnt work!!! how do i get another e sim for my account??

This is an advantage with the SIM over the eSIM…you can’t delete it.

Plus you can pop the SIM out and pop into another phone.

Ditto. Sign into your account via the pm app on your phone and purchase the $5 esim. Follow the instructions and prompts to install the new esim.

@anita_newman , once you delete your eSIM you would need to purchase another.

In the Public Mobile app on your Phone go to ‘Subscription & Add-ons’ page in your account to purchase an eSIM. Scroll down & selected ‘Shop SIM CARD NOW’ then under ‘SELECT SIM CARD TYPE’ select ‘eSIM’ then select ‘PAY NOW’
