To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
@Ritchot1 note that if you need this every "month" (or every 30 day cycle payment), you will need to reach out to them every time and request this each and every 30 days. Public Mobile is better suited for personal use than for business use, IMHO.

If taxes are to be taken it should show on my account. Charges on my Credit card should match what I am being charged.

Pretty sure it mentions taxes in the payments page and possibly in the popup when making a payment.

@Ritchot1 sorry, you are indeed wrong. On the Plans page (https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/plans), the first item in the Terms & Conditions section states: "Taxes are extra."
Everything you see on the plan page and in your transaction history is before taxes. Taxes are charged on the payment/top-up, and then the amount minus taxes is credited to your Public Mobile account, and used to pay for your plan.

Should that not be captured on payment history? also the addition cost varries from mon

@Ritchot1 As others have mentioned the Payment History screen does not include taxes and your credit card statement does. So that could be the discrepancy that you are seeing.
